How you earn

Points are counted once per order, rounded to the nearest whole point, and added once your payment clears.

Earns points

1 point for every $1 of product you pay for, after any promo discount.
A bonus on every order once your member tier has one.

Shipping, tax and card fees.
The part of an order paid with store credit, including credit made from points.
Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back (see below).

Spend your points

Turn points into store credit from the Rewards page in your account: 100 points = $1, starting at 100 points ($1), in $1 steps.

Apply store credit at checkout when you pay by card on our site, or toward an invoice. It works alongside a promo code, and credit made from points never expires. Points, and store credit made from points, have no cash value.

Member tiers

Your tier comes from status points: 1 for every $1 of product on your paid orders. Tier bonuses, badges and referrals don't count toward it. Spending points never lowers your tier, but a refund takes back the points the refunded goods earned, so a refund can move you down. A new tier's bonus starts with your next order.

Five badge unlocks, on top of what you earn

Each badge pays its points once. Badges count paid orders only, so refunded, cancelled and charged-back orders don't count. If a refund means you no longer qualify for a badge, its points are taken back until you qualify again. Badge points spend like any other points but don't count toward your tier.

Refer a colleague

Share your personal link from your account. A new customer who signs up through it gets $10 off a first order placed within 60 days, and you earn points once that order is paid.

They get

$10 off their first order

Applied automatically at checkout to a first order placed within 60 days of joining. One discount applies per order, so if a bigger offer is running, they get that one instead.

You get

1,000 points

Worth $10, added within a day of their first paid order. If they are an approved wholesale account, you get 10,000 points ($100).

New customers only, and you can't refer yourself. If the referred order is fully refunded or charged back, the referral points are taken back.

If an order is refunded

A refund takes back the points the refunded goods earned. A full refund, a cancelled order or a chargeback takes back all of the order's points, including any tier bonus, and a chargeback decided in your favor gives them back. If that leaves your balance below zero, it can't be spent until new points bring it back up.
